PMgr Ts Kamal Bin Abd Ghafur Korusamy began on the auction floor in 2007 and built, step by step, one of the most complete professional profiles in Malaysian real estate — registered estate agent and property manager, dual-state licensed auctioneer, Professional Technologist, and MOTAC-licensed MM2H agent.

Today he serves the industry from within its institutions: as a Board Member of BOVAEP, President of IMPAC, and Vice President of FIABCI Malaysia — and as a jury member for the Malaysia Developer Awards. As Group Vice President of IQI AG Group and Country Head of IQI Indonesia, he leads across borders.

A PhD candidate at UiTM researching blockchain and fraud prevention in real estate transactions, Kamal pairs institutional leadership with education — running NCC and CPD programmes under IMPAC and free online classes for negotiators who want to grow.
